Making The Complex Simple.
An architectural control inspection has many facets that make it inherently more complex than a maintenance inspection such as the following.
- COLOR PALETTE
Structural components required to be certain color(s).
For example, shutters must match the entry door.
- ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS
Features added that either would have been approved with prior written approval OR would not have been approved.
EXISTENCE OR NON-EXISTENCE OF MAJOR ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES
Noting homes that have, for example, decks, fences, etc.
- TYPE OF MATERIAL(S) ON MAJOR ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES
Deck is constructed of composite material, for example.
